    History

    The call center where this equipment was located recently closed.  The building is being repurposed and the new occupant does not need the furniture and fixtures.  We plan to sell all available furniture and fixtures to a single buyer.   The buyer will be responsible for the removal of the equipment.

    Private Sale:

    This is a private negotiated sale and not an auction.  Seller reserves the right to accept any offer at any time, reject any or all offers, or negotiate a sale with one or more buyers whichever may be most advantageous to the Seller.

    Warranties:

    All items are sold "as is, where is" without warranty,  express or implied.  This includes, but is not limited to,  any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

    Information Provided & Advertising Materials:

    The description and information provided by CapX1, LLC is for advertising purposes only.  CapX1, LLC its officers, directors, employees and agents use their best efforts in obtaining and developing advertising information for listed items, but make no representation nor warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of such information.  Buyer is responsible for inspecting the equipment and is solely responsible to determine the condition and suitability of any advertised item.  Buyer relies on all advertising materials at its own risk.

    Payment:

    Payment in full required prior to removal of equipment.  Payment shall be made in a form acceptable to Seller within two business days of Seller's notice of award.

    Sales & Refunds:

    All sales are final.  No refunds.

    Removal

    Buyer is responsible for removal of all equipment from the facility.  

    Schedule:

    Buyer will have access to the facility immediately upon Seller's receipt of payment.  All equipment shall be removed from the facility by close of business on April 10, 2022.    Buyer hereby forfeits any equipment not removed prior to 7:00 p.m. CST on April 12, 2022.

    Insurance:

    Prior to initiation of removal activities, Buyer shall provide certificates of insurance as required by Seller.  Certificates of insurance shall name Seller, CapX1, LLC and the property owner as additional insureds.
