Our History
CapX1, LLC is a family-owned business located in Woodlawn, lllinois. The business is operated by husband and wife, Jay and Chanda Koch. Both Jay and Chanda come from multi-generational farming and small-business families. Prior to forming CapX1, Jay owned and operated an award-winning environmental remediation, demolition and contracting business. During his tenure in the contracting business, Jay recognized a need to provide investment recovery services in their region. To fill this need, the Koch's initiated business operations in 2010. They organized the business as CapX1, LLC in 2013 and have consistently expanded operations since then.
Our Location
Our operation is located at 6295 East IL Hwy. 15 Woodlawn, IL 62898. We are situated on a ten acre complex that includes a four acre fenced yard with an 11,000 square foot plus office, shop and warehouse facility. The facility is under 24 hour surveillance and is equipped with a loading dock and forklift.
